Strategic Partnership between SHIELD International and the International Diplomatic Council to Strengthen Humanitarian and Diplomatic Action Globally

In a step that reflects the convergence of international efforts toward building a more just and secure world, SHIELD International and the International Diplomatic Council (IDC) announced the signing of a comprehensive cooperation treaty and strategic partnership aimed at unifying visions and efforts in the fields of human rights protection and humanitarian diplomacy.

This partnership goes beyond a mere protocol agreement. It represents a values-based alliance that seeks to integrate the tools of soft diplomacy with mechanisms for defending rights and freedoms, creating a tangible impact in supporting international stability and serving the most vulnerable communities.

The treaty comes in response to accelerating global challenges, amid growing humanitarian crises, conflicts, and shrinking civic spaces worldwide. Both parties will work to strengthen the rule of law, promote a culture of peace, and intensify international cooperation through the exchange of legal and diplomatic expertise, as well as the launch of joint initiatives to protect citizens’ freedoms and support vulnerable groups across the globe.

In this context, Dr. Saleh Muhamed Daher, President of SHIELD International, stated that this partnership represents a pivotal milestone in the path of human rights and diplomatic action.
